Privacy Policy

We collect as little as we can, use it only to work with you, and never sell it.
What we collect on this site
- Booking details. When you book a call, we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to share (business name, phone number, notes).
- Emails. If you write to us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts load.
We don’t use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels.
How we use it
We use your booking details to schedule and hold your call, send you a calendar invitation, and follow up about our services. We don’t sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.
Google Calendar
Our booking system connects to our own Google Workspace account. It reads when we’re busy so it can show open times, it creates an event for your booking with you as a guest, which is how Google sends your confirmation, and it sends us an email letting us know you booked. It does not access your Google account or your calendar. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Client data
When we build automations for a client, we may handle that client’s business data inside their own accounts and tools. We access it only to build, run, and maintain the work you’ve asked for; we don’t copy it elsewhere, use it for other clients, or keep it after our engagement ends, except where a written agreement says otherwise.
Who else processes it
We rely on a few service providers to run the business: Cloudflare (hosting), Google Workspace (email, calendar, and video calls), and the tools each client chooses for their own automations. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Booking details stay on our calendar and in our email for as long as they’re useful for our relationship with you. Ask us and we’ll delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@likemagic.org. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reputable providers, keep access to accounts limited, and connect to client tools with the minimum access each job needs. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top. For significant changes, we’ll notify active clients by email.
